Beautiful packaging for Bruno Acampora Musc perfume. I love the care that has gone into producing the aluminum tin and how it pairs with the aluminum bottle inside.

If anyone knows who designed this please let us know.

Pretty, sure, but what a huge waste of packaging/resources.

I don’t disagree that this is nice looking, however it’s an awful lot of packaging for one small bottle of perfume. I’d be curious to know what the other components in the tin are and if they are part of a press kit or promotion? Otherwise, it seems wasteful.

It was originally designed by Bruno Acampora himself, the company founder and parfume maker, some thirty years ago. It has been restyled by Victory Design, an italian design firm owned by Brunello, i.e. Bruno’s son, about eight years ago. In fact, it is entirely recyclable and the aluminium alloy is perhaps worth a couple of Coke cans. All paper, ink etc. is recycled, so it is not so bad and perhaps less wasteful than many glass counterparts? The other components are a little pink leaflet, with some instructions and a brief company profile, plus a round sponge to avoid the aluminium bottle from being in direct contact with the tin. There is also a spare natural cork lid. The outer shipping box, essential to deliver the tin unscratched, is also in recycled carboard, made from rugs. The perfume, inside, is perhaps the single best Musc around!

    I love the cork!
