I know that it’s meant also to be a tree, but somehow it looks like the hand is coming out of the grave/ground holding the olive. Maybe because of the black color. If it’s dark brown, it’s less creepy. Just my opinion.

Or maybe if the hand were turned over in a gesture offering instead.

I agree with the last two comments, I think the logo looks better from afar than the blown up version.

You will see why that hand appears not to be drawn for this logo.
Even the line in the hand. Uh-oh.
Easier than take a pen and try some ideas, think so.

I don’t know why my last comment was banned. It was not spam, just a web to show the original logo where this hand was picked up (a quality logo I’ve seen in Spain, applyed to furniture catalogue). In this manner, it seems odd in relation with the olive. Both were not thought at the same time.
Bad work.

Dan this is a quality logo that was designed in 2000/2001
If anything has happened here it has been stolen and used
terribly on the logo for calidad.
