Caorunn Gin

Designed by Navyblue | Country: United Kingdom
“Influenced by the Scottish Art Nouveau movement, the unique five-sided base of the beautifully handcrafted Caorunn bottle and the symbolic asterisk represent the five Celtic botanicals.
“We’re extremely excited to be launching Caorunn this summer, a truly Scottish Gin, the only one which is made at a working malt whisky distillery,” said Iby Bakos, Brand Manager. “The perfectly balanced recipe of eleven hand-picked botanicals - including the infusion of five Celtic botanicals - ensures its naturally balanced flavor that works perfectly in cocktails. We’re confident it will attract the attention of bar tenders and mixologists alike.”

Some lovely work from my former employers yet again, they really do employ some great young designers (and some older ones)
I’m sure it’ll pick up a few awards at the next Scottish Design Awards!

I like they they’ve chosen to include a pronounciation because I certainly had no idea how to say Caorunn. Very interesting bottle shape.

How to make Gin new yet traditional, instantly memorable, and uniquely Scottish, how to stand out in a crowd, and it tastes rather nice as well………..a conversation piece in many ways

Been trying to find out when/where this is coming out? I work like round the corner from Navy Blue, maybe I should just go knock on doors and ask someone.
