Although just a prototype at this stage, the concept definitely gives pause for thought. There would be some obvious hurdles to overcome to make this design commercially viable, such as the issue of mandatory labeling, but there’s no reason why clever and creative solutions couldn’t be found to these problems.

“The idea behind this concept was to make packaging where the name of the product is written by the product itself instead of using any kind of printing techniques. Considering the future of technology and the endless possibilities to shape your product, it’s definitely a subject that deserves attention.”

I love this concept! Though – the pieces would need some sort of locking mechanism to keep them in their individual positions, right? Maybe a set of bumps and dimples on the ends that prevent rotation?

the “H” feels a bit squeezed in, though.

yeah, needs barcode, nutrition facts, etc.

but, still nice idea. very neat.

Since the word “CHOCO” can’t be read backwards and you’d need like ProfessionalGun mentioned, you’d need some sort of bump to keep the chocolate in place, so why not put the dimples at the back of the tube, where you could put some sort of funky label with the nutritional value chart, barcode and all the other info, since at the back all you’d see is “OCOHC”

it’s great… my question is: the chocolate will be wrapped with paper or not? because it can be melted during the shipping.. then, all the letters will join.

I don’t think that the average consumer would understand the concept and what the product consists of…interesting idea nonetheless..
