Sakuma Confectionery mainly produce fruit drops, and I guess that’s what these packages contain. The numbers 15369 is actually a word game, (it took some time for me to actually notice it) 1-5-3-6-9 is pronounced ichi-go-mi-ru-ku. This gives ichigo and miruku, which means strawberry and milk. 15369 is simply the taste of the fruit drops in the package.
