“This assignment was to create a game called Tower of Babble which is a building block game for a language of our choice. I decided to choose Basic Korean for children ages 1-2 that requires them to put these blocks together to form an image. Once it is done, you flip the game pieces to find the corresponding word in Korean and the English translation. I chose to illustrate kid-friendly illustrations and chose a color palette that references the Korean flag.”

“This assignment was to create an umbrella brand for Trader Joe’s called Sidekicks. It is a product that promotes healthy snacking for children. I chose to create friendly little characters which was spread throughout the products which were: Snackpack, Apple Bars, and a Juicebox.”

“The assignment was to create salsa and tortilla packaging for a brand called Diablo. I decided to base the typography off of Mexican street art and sampled the image of the man from one of Diego Rivera’s murals. It includes three different flavors of salsa: Tear Jerkin’ Tomatillo, Chokin’ Chipotle, and Smokin’ Chile.”
