Student work for a fictional Japanese food brand, Enso.
“This project consists of packaging for sake, noodles, rice, tea, sauces, spices and sushi- all traditional Japanese products. We spent a lot of time researching the subject and thinking about Japanese design, culture and art. Japan has always been our inspiration and this is sort of an homage to that beautiful country.”

I think you confused Japan and China.
These are traditional Japanese foods (sake, wasabi, soba, udon, somen, sushi).
Unfortunately, kanji characters on products are (simplified) Chinese!
Japanese kanji is similar to Chinese but different.
Anyway, I’m glad your interest in Japan.
Thank you.

Just a second…Are you saying we confused Japan and Chine because these products don’t belong to Japanese cousine or because of the characters? And yes, these characters are Chinese, and they’re just there to visually depict the effect(products belong to college project hence the simplified version). We are aware they’re not correct due to the fact we couldn’t find the right person to help us. Though we really tried. 😉 Thanks for your time.
