58 And Co. Gin Rebranding Focused On Attracting Highly-Educated, Thoughtful Customers

Designed by: Kingdom & Sparrow | Country: United Kingdom

From the UK Gin Producer of the Year 2020 to Gin Masters Award in 2021, 58 and Co. has been awarded multiple times by various national and international spirit associations. In its latest move, 58 and Co. has opted for a rebrand that looks beyond talking about gin. The gin producer’s rebranding focuses on attracting highly educated and thoughtful customers.

The rebranding was aimed at bringing the entire 58 and Co. experience to its customer. The premium gin brand tells the story of its superior distillation process, sustainability efforts, and the ingredients involved in making the spirit through its packaging redesign.

The branding agency was inspired by the tagline, ‘Distilling What Matters,’ and based the packaging redesign around it.

The new label on the elegant-looking bottle from Allied has an illustration of a juniper leaf dipped in copper. The artwork seems to be inspired by handcrafted cinematic stills. The modern custom-designed typography has been inspired by a rare group of vintage fonts, reflecting the classy nature of the spirit.

In addition to the packaging redesign, a comprehensive style guide was launched, informing all the digital and physical touchpoints of the premium gin brand from launch.

“We’re absolutely delighted to unveil our new brand, which we feel truly represents our values, approach and future direction…”
