Dive deep into the world of packaging design with this unique wine aged underwater. This wine spends its maturation period in cages at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea, allowing for a diverse array of sea life to adhere to each bottle. This intriguing process gives each bottle its own unique character and originality.
However, this uniqueness also presents a challenge. Due to the irregularities of each bottle, a self-adhesive label was not feasible. To overcome this, a special label tied to the bottle with rope was designed. This rope also attaches a small booklet that accompanies each bottle.
The label design is incredibly special with a vintage illustration in blue depicting marine life. The name, vintage, and winery are all elegantly presented in gold stamping. The reverse side of the label includes detailed information about the wine as well as the manual numbering of each bottle achieved through stamping.
Now, let’s take a closer look at these bottles.
It’s clear that the packaging design for this underwater-aged wine is as unique and exciting as the wine itself. The careful attention to detail in both the production and presentation of the wine is truly impressive. This serves as a fantastic example of how creative and innovative packaging design can complement and enhance the product it encloses.
