Exploring the Refreshing Taste and Vintage Aesthetics of Soho’s Fino Spritz

9

Presenting SOHO’s Fino Spritz, a refreshingly effervescent beverage based on “Fino” (Sherry) wine, naturally flavored with a fusion of lemon, mint, and bergamot. This drink pays homage to the original “Sherry Cobbler” by Martha King Niblo, the first woman to gain global recognition as a bartender during the 1830s. The spritz was popularized in the heart of New York’s SoHo, at the bar of Niblo’s Garden Theater on Broadway.

The packaging aesthetics harken back to the early 20th century, a period of great popularity for this drink.
