Coca-Cola’s Vintage Inspired Packaging Design by Steven Noble

On Lovely Package today, we’re taking a look at a unique collaboration involving the iconic Coca-Cola brand. Turner Duckworth commissioned Steven Noble to create new illustrations for their latest line of packaging labels for Coca-Cola. This new line includes newly released soda flavors – California Raspberry and Georgia Peach, which are presented with a vintage flair.

The designs were created in a scratchboard woodcut style, adding a unique artistic touch to the packaging. The new colas sport a vintage look, with logos printed directly on the 12-ounce glass bottles. These bottles are available as singles or in a four-pack. In keeping with the theme of locally-grown and made products, Coca-Cola has enlisted artists from California and Georgia to create advertisements through murals, installations, and street art in their hometowns to promote these new flavors.

The beverages come packaged in vintage bottles of four, adorned with maple leafs and topped off with blue bottle caps featuring the Fleur de Lis and hand-drawn Maple Leaf icons.
