Recent Penn State graduate Lainey Lee sent in some of her packaging design work.
“Chroma is a cosmetics brand that is known for their extensive selection of lipstick shades. The design of this bag was inspired by the form of a tube of lipstick. When the bag is not being held, the handle is hidden inside the bag. Then, when the bag is picked up, the handle lifts up and mimics the movement of lipstick lifting out of its tube.”
“Teeny Travels is a line of bath products created specifically for new mothers and their babies. This elegant kit is designed to give moms a short vacation while bathing their little ones, allowing them to get absorbed into the mood of an exotic setting. All of the materials, patterns, and colors are designed around the specific travel destination of the product. This particular collection is designed around the theme of India, and it includes an elephant teething ring, an Indian music CD, and various bath products for both mom and baby.”
