“I’ve always loved vintage toys and wanted to take the classic hobby shop airplane that everyone had as a kid and elevate the design to new heights. I have been working on the product & packaging design for the last 4-5 months and am now in a place where I can produce these in multiples at my home studio – I do everything completely by hand.
The packaging is very unique! With a satisfying velcro-snap, it opens up to reveal the plane parts that are encased in the cardboard packaging. I’ve been meticulous with every design detail in the creation of this product.”
“The Bedroom Community commissioned us to design DVD packaging for the film about the label, directed by Pierre-Alain Giraud. The camera catches Sam Amidon, Valgeir Sigurdsson, Nico Muhly, Ben Frost & their collaborators on their Whale Watching Tour, that takes place during the volcano eruption a couple of years back. It also features some insight into artist’s work at Greenhouse Studios, their ethos, tour life, etc. The design is based on the idea of perpetual movement & traveling. While the vacuum-sealed package is a nod to snacks you have on the run, the typographic solution inside evolves around the idea of a compass. Set in different directions, text demands reading at various angles as though it’s a map one has to navigate through.”

Pulsazione is a European company operating in the beauty sector that believes in offering services and products at a price that is accessible to everyone. Their new line of lotions and creams are currently being sold in Pulsazione stores globally.
One of the brand’s core values is that their products and services are priced in a completely honest way, with no hidden costs. It was very important to carry this approach through to the packaging by keeping it simple, and labelling the tubes containing the product in clear, straightforward language.
There are seven families of product within the Pulsazione Cosmetics line. One of the main objectives of this project was finding a way to differentiate these families, while keeping the packaging visually unified. This was achieved through a numbering system, with each number representing a family of products.
The packaging had to reflect that the products and services Pulsazione offer are geared towards both a male and female market. Softer, curvilinear patterns were used on one side of the box to represent female consumers, and a harsher, geometric pattern on the other side to appeal to Pulsazione’s male audience.
The white fronts of the packaging coupled with the beautiful, vibrant colours used on the sides of the boxes ensure they stand out on the shelves in the colourful Pulsazione stores.

“In creating this Americana line of paints for Orchard Supply Hardware, I wanted to develop the value of the OSH brand and bring a sense of America, by using multiple layers, a rustic texture, classic typefaces, and old style tin cans. The most challenging part of this assignment was to research the American paint market, and try to understand this aspect of American culture.”
“These are our seasonal flavours Spring/Summer 2010 and Autumn/Winter 2010. Each season has 10 new flavours that correspond to a particular theme. S/S10 was our Cities series each flavour representing different global cities, pretzel chocolate for NY, Toffee chocolate for London, Vodka for Moscow and even Tom Yam for Bangkok! A/W10 was classic desserts flavours like blackforest cake, blueberry muffin, lychee sorbet, peach melba and eve pudding.”
