Tomoka was one of the most famous rum-runners and as McCoy became famous for never watering his booze and only selling top brands, Tomoka is often associated with the term “The Real McCoy”. The bottle label tells the story of Captain McCoy and the inspiration behind Tomoka.”

“The Santanera Group, based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, produces this “special” mezcal deep in the heart of Oaxaca.

What makes this mezcal different, is not only its mix of 3 different agaves, but also a dash of Lophophora Williamsii, to spike it up.

The name Papadiablo speaks of duality and introspection and the package design reminds us of an antique medicinal spirit decanter with a rugged embossed texture so that you “never loose your grip”.”

Packaging design for a self-made strawberry jam.

“When the season finally arrived, we went to the strawberry fields close to Budapest to fill up our buckets with this small delicious fruit. After puddling and boiling them for hours, we mixed it with fresh mint, and poured it into small jars. Our jam is called “Eperlekvár mentával” in hungarian, so I used just the first letters. I made a stamp and prepared all the labels manually.”

“A custom screen-printed whiskey bottle box with some old western flair was crafted as a personal thank you gift for select clients of the motion graphics company JustinMcClure.tv. A small tag was printed to accompany the whiskey bottle, leaving a place for a handwritten thank you message. All materials were printed by hand using a 305 mesh screen to ensure that all the details came through accurately on both the box and the tag.”

Each kids gets an unique history in all aspects, written and designed especially for him. The packaging needed to be low cost of production so we decided that the design had an artisan resolution, not only to lower production costs but to convey the warmth and originality of the product.”
