“Founded in 1846 by Benedictine Monk Bishop Rosendo Salvado, New Norcia is Western Australia’s only monastic town. The monks have been making wine at the abbey since it’s inception and the brand was recently resurrected to imbue the traditionally crafted wine making.”

Have just tasted the 2009 Merlot Cabernet and have to say it is the nectar of the gods. Well done New Norcia.

I Have two bottles of merlow from New Norcia from 1970 havent tasted them as yet was given them when me and my dad worked on the monestry.

I’ve just been given a bottle of New Norcia shiraz, have not opened as yet, though am looking forward to the enjoyment of it!
